Job Summary
Cleanify is an AI-driven platform that connects experienced, independent cleaners with high-paying residential, Airbnb, and commercial cleaning jobs. We are not a cleaning company—we source and dispatch cleaning jobs to trusted professionals like you.

You choose the jobs that fit your schedule. We handle client acquisition, job setup, and payment processing so you can focus on doing great work.

Duties (Per Job)

• General house/apartment or common area cleaning
• Airbnb turnover and deep cleans
• Pre/post-move cleaning
• Before/after photo uploads
• Basic checklist reporting (via mobile form)

• No fees: We don’t charge to join or take cuts beyond our service fee (you keep 50%–60%)

Requirements

• At least 1 year of residential, commercial, or Airbnb cleaning experience
• Your own car and cleaning supplies (required)
• Smartphone with data (for calendar updates and checklists)
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must pass background check
• Friendly, professional, and punctual

Compensation:

• Pay: $70 – $250 per job
• Equivalent to $25–$45 per hour, depending on size, speed, and experience
• Cleaners typically earn $700–$2,000/week working 5–6 days

Important Note:

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not W-2 employment. You run your own business—we just send you jobs and support you.
